In an awkward moment during Teatime with Teal , Teal says she doesn't sit down to do meditation in the traditional sense. She likes active meditation , and goes skiing.
This was a revealing moment, where you could plainly see, that she was a complete fraud. Videos were deleted soon after this, to try to cover up the lies and deception.
